Privacy Policy

• Future Tech agrees to create written material for insertion on the Client’s website upon the request of the Client and per the approved terms.
• Future Tech agrees to use reasonable care to ensure that all facts and statements in the work are correct and that the work does not infringe upon any copyright or any other right of a third party.
• Future Tech acknowledges that the Client has the right to edit the work within an agreed timeframe and that Future Tech will collaborate with the Client in editing and rereading the work prior to publication.
• The Client agrees that they are responsible for reviewing the final draft for correctness, including spelling and grammatical errors, statements, and assertions. Future Tech is not liable for errors discovered after the website goes live.

The Web Design and Development

• Future Tech agrees to design and develop a website at the Client’s request and will deliver the project per the agreed conditions.
• The Client is solely responsible for describing the detailed structure, number of pages required, and other relevant terms and conditions.
• The Client agrees to supply Future Tech with satisfactory photography or imagery to use in the design.
• The Client is responsible for obtaining and purchasing a domain name. Future Tech may, at its discretion, advise the Client on suitable names.
• The Client acknowledges that Future Tech is not responsible for any errors, grammatical or otherwise, found in the material provided by the Client.
• Future Tech agrees to resolve any errors or implement revisions requested by the Client. The Client agrees that a maximum of three revisions are available (depending on the package). Major design changes will not be included in these revisions.
• The Client acknowledges that any change requests after final approval has been given to Future Tech or after the website is live will be charged. Future Tech will not begin work on subsequent change requests until full payment has been received.
• The Client acknowledges that Future Tech will add a “Web Design by Future Tech” link to the footnote section of each website they work on. This is branding for Future Tech, and removing it will incur a charge.
• Due to the nature of the business, Future Tech will not be liable if your website gets hacked, loses rankings, or encounters errors.
• Clients can cancel the website development or digital marketing project if the team at Future Tech has not started work and will not accept any cancellation after 1 calendar day.
• Once the website is live, paid support will be provided at the rate of 500 Rs + 18% GST.

Logo and Graphic Design

• We strive to create unique logos and provide our recommendations. Our logo designs are built based on research and concept building. We assure you of an alternate logo design if a trademark on the logo is rejected for any reason.
• If you face any problem during trademark registration, you are free to contact us, and we will offer you other variations to choose from. However, we do not have access to all existing logos like the trademark registry has, and it is nearly impossible to be 100% certain that the chosen design does not loosely match an existing design.
