1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with FutureTech Digital Marketing Agency ("FutureTech", "we", "us", or "our"), having our corporate headquarters located at SAF Road, Sanjeev Nagar Colony, Makroniya, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh - 470004, India. 2. Scope of Services

FutureTech provides enterprise and local business digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to:

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO & AEO): Brand visibility across AI search engines including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.
• Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising: Management of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and B2B lead funnels.
• Custom Web & Software Development: High-performance business websites, portals, and cloud systems.
• Publication & Strategic Insights: Research reports, frameworks, and newsletters delivered via our website and Google Publisher platforms.

3. Client Responsibilities & Materials

To execute services effectively, clients agree to provide necessary access, materials, credentials, and approvals in a timely manner. Clients represent that all materials, trademarks, and content supplied to FutureTech are owned by the client or legally authorized for commercial publication.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon full settlement of agreed service invoices, all custom deliverables created specifically for the client (including tailored ad creatives, custom website assets, and approved copy) become client property. FutureTech retains ownership of proprietary agency systems, frameworks, methodologies, code templates, and analytical tools developed independently.

5. Professional Performance & Search Engine Disclaimers

FutureTech deploys industry-leading, 100% white-hat methodologies compliant with Google Search Essentials and AI search platform guidelines. While we consistently achieve high-ranking results for our clients, third-party search engines (Google, Microsoft Bing, AI engines) update algorithms autonomously; hence, no third-party guarantees beyond professional standard of care are implied.

6. Billing, Retainers & Payments

Services are executed according to formal project proposals, service level agreements (SLAs), or monthly retainers. Direct platform ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is billed directly by the ad platforms to client payment profiles unless explicit prepayment management is contracted.

7. Confidentiality & Data Security

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India.
